I’m a UX leader, product thinker, and sports enthusiast with 25+ years of experience in design and human psychology. I build digital experiences that go beyond functionality — connecting fans, data, and emotion to create real impact. At SportsFan360, I treat every interaction like a play, driven by strategy, insight, and execution — because in the end, I design to win.

Professor of Sport Management at the University of Bath, UK. He has often worked on research projects with organisations operating in the sport ecosystem, published 70+ journal articles, and co-edited three sport management textbooks. He has experience working in the UK, Portugal, France, Japan, and South Korea. His research and collaborative projects often focus on the development of sustainable relationships between sport consumers, brands and sponsors within the sport ecosystem.
